A Little About Film Friend
This year I started a patron program called Film Friend. Basically, if you're a patron, you love my work and want to encourage and support me. I know many folks just don't have the room for wall art, but want to support me in some way. This is how you can!
There were some great patrons so far this year, and each received a 4x6 print from each negative from the roll of film they sponsored (usually 36 prints), plus a handwritten narrative about the images. (Yes, I said hand written. Goes well with "old school" film.) The goal was only for me to cover the expense of film, developing, your prints, and mailing costs....Also check out the sample of film images from 2017 so far!Read More
You're invited to Art at Waters Edge! --
Enjoy a relaxing indoor art experience! Light snacks provided! Bring a friend, too. This event is being held inside Barb's home in Avon, Minnesota. Put it on your calendar and I'll see you soon! --- Why out of my home? It's a more relaxed environment for my patrons to see my photographic art, and talk to me in a quieter place than what a typical art fair allows. And because I wanted a better experience for you than just my work, I asked a few artist friends to join me — and they said yes!Read More
