I created this lovely hydrangea photograph for one of the women I interviewed for the photography project I began in 2017 to represent what her mental illness felt like to her. But I also wanted to show her sensitivity and caring that was so apparent while talking with her, and her inner strength and beauty.
Hydrangeas are beautiful and strong, and ever so resilient. Just like you! This photograph represents YOUR strength, resilience, and beauty.
