I was shooting this cemetery for a black & white photography challenge today. Well it started to rain. Then it rained a little harder so I headed to my car. The drops on the windshield helped to create quite a scene through the viewfinder ! The distortions you see are from the lens I was using.
This is a funky old cemetery that usually yields a few good pics each time I shoot there. Funky because the headstones are very “old school”. Many are over 100 years old. Several are broken and the engraved letters in the granite have been worn by the elements. “Modern” headstones just don’t have the same photographic charm as these old ones.

(And those flowers in the previous post? I drove by them today. They look just sad. Beaten down—probably from all the heavy rain we’ve been having. I definitely captured them at the right time last week.)
